Corrections are published with severity, affected record and issue identifiers, due dates, escalation, and evidence-backed closure. Issued PDFs remain immutable; signed-in customers see dated errata alongside every affected report. Email preparation and recipient delivery remain separate status signals.

No corrections have been published. An empty log means no correction records exist; it does not replace the limitations stated in each briefing.
