Public help · prelaunch boundaries

Help, support, and service guidance.

Start here for sign-in, setup, coverage language, release and delivery status, corrections, cancellation, and incident escalation. The public site does not activate a subscription or accept a payment.

Sign in and setup

Consultants use the consultant account. Client contacts use the client portal only after their consultant provides access. After sign-in, a consultant can review firm details, client profiles, sectors, jurisdictions, branding, and delivery controls. Prelaunch activation still requires written confirmation of reviewer readiness and requested-jurisdiction coverage.

What “coverage” means

The public coverage matrix is a configuration disclosure, not a live-health dashboard. A registry entry does not prove that a source is active, reachable, current, parsed successfully, or complete. An issued edition's exact coverage receipt is the record of what was checked. Separately classified state news/directive coverage remains 0/29 until each channel is qualified, reviewed, activated, and observed.

Release is not delivery

A released edition is an approved, immutable account record. Email preparation, operator send, provider acceptance, and recipient delivery are separate status signals. A release does not by itself prove that an email reached a recipient; signed-in report history remains the authoritative place to check an edition.

Corrections

Published corrections appear in the authenticated correction center and alongside affected reports. The public corrections log provides a public record when a correction is eligible for publication. Email is a secondary notice, and white-label users remain responsible for passing material corrections to their recipients.

Cancellation and legal information

The public site is prelaunch and does not create a charge. After an activated subscription, cancellation options and applicable billing terms are described in Billing & cancellation. Read the complete Terms of Service before activation; this help page does not replace them or represent a separate legal approval.

Incident escalation

For an access, delivery, security, or data-integrity incident, email info@stateplanradar.com with the affected account or workspace, the approximate time, the page or feature, and what you expected versus observed. Do not email passwords, one-time sign-in links, secure report links, API keys, webhook secrets, or payment-card data. No 24/7 response-time commitment is represented on this public page. For time-sensitive regulatory decisions, consult the linked official agency source and your qualified professional rather than waiting on the service.
